Pole Conditioning
Service Description
This class offers comprehensive conditioning for pole dance, tailored for all skill levels—from beginner to advanced. Our program focuses on building a strong foundation for essential skills like climbing and inverts to advanced moves like handsprings and shoulder mounts, ensuring every student progresses at their own pace. Join us to discover your strength and elevate your aerial journey! In this class we will use conditioning exercises on and off the pole to build strength and comfortability performing movements like climbs, pole pull ups, inversions, shoulder mounts, and more. Strength and Conditioning promotes core strength and sculpts the arms, legs, and booty, improving posture and coordination. Some pole experience may be beneficial, although it is not required.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credit(s) used to book the appointment will be automatically returned to your account. Please reach out to the instructor to request a late cancellation within 2 hours of the appointment start time in order to transfer the credit(s) to a future appointment. If you miss an appointment without cancelling, the credit(s) used to book the appointment will be forfeit.
